Life Recommendations

Personal Development

Meditation is one of the best tools to unlock so many cool things hidden within. Give it a go and it will surely make your life better than before. Being active physically such as having a physical hobby (any sports that keep you moving, functional training at the gym or outdoor activities) are great ways to have a fruitful life. One of the other things that can be very beneficial is to find your true passion and purpose. Just start noticing your own self, things you like, things that brings you more joy, just follow those things without causing any discomfort to yourself or others and that's a perfect recipe to live life to the fullest.

Books I love

I don’t read books as such but due to my love for Acting, I love reading scripts. However, There are two books which are always near and dear to me. First one is Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas and the other one is Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. I read them during my school years and they will always hold a special place in my heart.

General Everyday Tools

Meditation.
Eye mask for sleeping combined with deep delta waves music.
Lots of movement during the day. Especially if you have an office job.
Strength training - best for all age groups. Start slow and build off that slowly and steadily.
Knowledge about eating right. You can still have Pizza and Burger but aim for a good balanced diet consisting of mostly about 80% whole foods (non processed foods) and 20% food you enjoy but in moderation.

Supplements

Sunlight, fresh air, a good night sleep, and lots of laughter during the day. For my fitness needs, I get all my macro and micro nutrients from whole foods. If you cant get around to eating whole food to get your micro nutrients- vitamins, minerals etc. then I recommend consuming a good multi vitamin but in moderation because real food is always better as its naturally recognized by human body.

Favourite Foods

I mostly stick to whole foods (non processed foods). I also regularly have Organic Maca root power, Cacao powder, Coconut water, Kombucha, and spring water. All my food is is cooked in coconut oil. One of the real oils that change properties depending on temperature. When it’s cold, it freezes and when it's hot, it melts and stays in liquid form. Please avoid artificial oils.
