My aim is to offer support and, hopefully, inspiration to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other emotional hurdles. I firmly believe that nurturing mental wellbeing is at the core of unlocking humanity's true potential. It's my life's purpose to contribute to this cause, enabling us all to propel our collective journey forward.

In my spare time, I provide voluntary wellbeing support. If you find yourself grappling with emotional challenges that impact your overall wellbeing, please don't hesitate to reach out. I've traversed those very same paths – battling depression and anxiety, grappling with sleep disturbances, feeling isolated, and treading the dark path of self-destructive thoughts. However, I've also discovered practical tools that helped me navigate through those trying times.

Please know, you're not alone in this journey. I understand firsthand the depths of despair and darkness that come with depression, but I also know that it's possible to emerge from it. There's no need to suffer in silence or shame. I'm here to lend an empathetic ear and help without judgment. Sharing My Journey to Emotional Well-being

I advocate for the significance of emotional health and well-being based on my personal journey overcoming depression, anxiety, and sleeping challenges. Having endured the depths of these struggles, I understand the profound impact they can have on one's physical and emotional state.

During such battles, individuals often find themselves in a cycle of self-isolation, internalizing their struggles and withdrawing from those around them. These self-destructive patterns can become all-consuming, trapping individuals in a relentless cycle of anguish.

For me, these challenges emerged during my formative years in New Zealand. Separated from my family, I grappled with overwhelming feelings of sadness and isolation. I retreated into solitude, avoiding human interaction and neglecting my emotional well-being. Physically, the toll was evident as eczema, sleep disturbances, and hair loss plagued me. Amidst this turmoil, I found a pivotal moment of awakening following a near-death car accident—a stark reminder of the preciousness of life.

Having navigated these trials, I'm driven to share my story openly, aiming to inspire and support others in their own battles. Through my experiences, I seek to empower individuals to confront their emotional challenges and foster a community of resilience and positivity. It's this collective strength that I believe can propel humanity forward.

I've been honored to share my message on various platforms, including the Mr. India Pageant, as well as esteemed radio stations like Radio Tarana New Zealand and SBS Radio. My story has been featured in leading newspapers such as The New Zealand Herald, Indian Newslink, and The Indian News, alongside prominent publications in India like Divya Bhaskar, Sandesh, and Nav Gujarat Samay. Through ongoing engagement on social media, I continue to amplify the conversation around emotional well-being.
